All moves/deliveries and contractors must use the southwest door to bring items in/out of the building. Contractors and move/delivery people can contact residents on the intercom at the northwest door to enter the building, but should bring their delivery items or contractor tools, equipment, and materials in/out through the southwest door.

The southwest door has a prop to allow the door to be propped open during move/deliveries and contractor movements. However, to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the building, this door should be propped open only for short periods of time, preferably when a move/delivery person or contractor is in the vicinity of the doorway.
