Resident parking is available in the underground garage (entrance on Hinman Avenue) and on the rear parking deck (entrances from the alley and the Hinman Ave. north driveway). These are deeded parking spaces. Do not park in a space unless you own or rent it. Spaces in the underground garage can be used only by residents. Spaces on the rear parking deck can be rented to non-residents. Call Homeowner Services (847-866-7400) to obtain a garage door opener for the underground garage. Call North Shore Towing (800-481-7505) if you find an unauthorized vehicle parked in your parking space. See FAQs for further information about parking.
