Moves, deliveries, and contractors must use ONLY the West Elevator. Call Homeowner Services (847-866-7400, X2) to schedule use, so the Building Engineer can install protective pads. You also can contact Homeowner Services using the 'eForm' link on the menu at the left. On 'eForms' click on the link for 'West Elevator Scheduling Request'. Moves and deliveries must be scheduled three business days in advance. See Rule III.J of the HHCA Rules and Regulations for rules relating to elevator use.
